I installed my street basis z coilovers a while ago but they've been clunky the entire time. I am 100% sure I put them all together correctly and tightened them correctly. When I tighten the top nut on all 4 of them the clunk goes away but it comes back shortly after. Do I need to put loctite on the bolts? Also, the bolts in the rear go wayyy above the nut and it seems like they don't stop tightening. Do I tighten them until it can't tighten or how do I fix this???

yeah.. definitely keep us posted as to what they say and what the fix is. I can see you tried everything you could already!
They pretty much told me that the bolts might not be tightened down to the spec ft lbs. So I'm just going to disassemble the coilovers completely and reassemble them, tightening all the bolts to the right spec. They said this should fix the issue but otherwise give them a call back. I will keep you guys posted.
